Been foreclosed on? Last chance for your foreclosure review

If your home was foreclosed or at any point in the foreclosure process between January 1, 2009 and December 31st, 2010 you may qualify for a foreclosure review.

In order to be eligible:

• The property must have been your primary residence.
• The property must have been in or foreclosed on between January 1, 2009 and December 31st, 2010.
• Your loan must have serviced by the 27 participating servicers.

Should the review find any injury deficiencies, errors, or misrepresentations you may be eligible for compensation.
