Reno Housing more expensive than Las Vegas

Fun Fact: US Census Bureau claims that Reno Real Estate is more expensive per square foot than Las Vegas. Local builders attribute this to the style/terrain of building homes due to such factors as hills and building for cold weather. Local Reno Realty Agents also see more demand for a limited supply of homes in the great basin, something that has recently caused an increase in values as investors have been purchasing a lot of inventory speculating about the new Tesla Gigafactory coming in.
