Chris Sarman

Chris is a 5^th generation Nevadan and thus has deep roots in the great Silver State. Originally born and raised in Elko, NV, Chris left to attend the University of Nevada. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental and Natural Resources and has since called Reno his home for over 20 years.

Having been directly tied to Northern Nevada’s ranching industry, he has a strong agricultural background. In addition, after receiving his degree, Chris worked with American AgCredit gaining knowledge and expertise in the appraisal and financing processes of ranch and farm properties. Later, Chris worked with TEC Engineering for several years as a water rights and hydrology consultant for various developers and property owners throughout the region.

In all, Chris has over 20 years of experience working with real estate. His comprehensive understanding of property, and the value that is tied to it, is a value in and of itself. Chris will provide you with his knowledge and expertise and can assist you with the many variables that exist across various property types. In addition, Chris will provide you with great professionalism, a fantastic attitude and of course a strong work ethic.

Chris takes great pride in his community and loves working with people. He has built many relationships and would enjoy building one with you. And finally, he also knows that life is demanding, so he works to work those “off” hours that people, like you, are inevitably available.
